Rude over the phone, I asked a question and got told “Girl, I don’t know” and got hung up on. I kept calling during business hours trying to receive help and I kept getting hung up on in the middle of my sentences, until they blocked my number. A professional establishment that handles legal issues, blocked my number. Sloppy, unprofessional, rude, immature, and not qualified for their jobs. If I could give this place negative stars I would, the location doesn’t help their case either. Just nasty childish behavior leaking from these grown adults.

NEGATIVE STARS PLUS NONE! They block files from getting to the CCS record. That's a NO, NO!!! THIS ENTIRE OFFICE NEEDS TO BE AUDITED. THEY ARE SO SLOPPY I'M SURE THEY LOSE EVERY LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM. Sue them every chance you get!

When I called regarding an inmate they answered the phone immediately and were very kind and helpful. I could hear how busy they were but they still were very professional and answered all my questions. Such a professional bunch!

Most ignorant person answering after hours on Saturday...NEVER. In my life was I ever spoken to like I was on Saturday 6/21 at 2:15 pm. Y'all want folks to do the right thing, legally, morally and ethically, correct? Then why when a person is trying to ask for help do you give them an attitude? Did I interrupt your nap or your cocktail during work? If you don't want to treat people with respect, and feel it's ok to talk to people like they're trash, then perhaps you need to go somewhere else for employment. I find how I was spoken to derogatory, condescending, and unprofessional. I will be filing a citizens complaint. People like you make this city look bad.

Like someone said earlier if I can give them zero Stars I would, I've been having a court appearance since forever. May, then August 19th, what's next November! steady pushing me back told me I will get something in the mail to confirm it, haven't got anything in the mail, cannot get in touch with no one, its steady going to voicemail I do not know when my court date will come to appear, what is going on?
